Hilda and I are excited to announce our first reiki infused sound bath together.
Join us for a night of introspection, community, and healing.
Our night will begin with a few minutes to settle in and ground ourselves from our busy day.
Together we will dive into the teachings of Mother Cacao and allow this sacred drink to soften our heart space and begin to connect us more to our physical body. You’ll have some time to journal about your experience with the cacao. The cacao we offer is ceremonial grade and single source. It will be lightly sweetened and be served with oat milk.
We will then move into the sound bath portion of the night. You will be invited to get comfortable and become immersed in the healing sounds of Hilda’s crystal bowls and accompanying instruments. During this time Jen will make her way through the room and send healing Holy Fire Reiki individually to each person. During this time, we encourage you to focus on purging the heavy energies you’ve been carrying.
Our night will end with a few minutes of grounding breathwork.
Our theme for the evening will be to focus on releasing what no longer serves us. This is important work as we begin to wrap up the year.

TIME: We will begin at 7pm. No late entries will be allowed

Things to bring:
Notebook and pen/pencil
Dress comfy
Optional Items:
A small pillow
A mat will be provided. Feel free to bring an additional yoga mat for added comfort.
A light blanket will be provided. Feel free to bring additional blankets if you get cold.
Tea and water will be available after the sound bath
